Massage over damp skin, then rinse thoroughly and follow with your favourite toner or moisturiser.

Fola Tip: Use lukewarm water and massage gently for around 20–30 seconds, giving extra attention to the sides of the nose and along the jawline. Follow with a hydrating toner or moisturiser so skin feels fresh, not tight.

1. Wet your face with lukewarm water. 2. Dispense a small amount of cleanser into your hands and gently massage over the face in light, circular motions. 3. Spend around 20–30 seconds cleansing, giving extra attention to areas that feel oily or congested. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel. 5. Follow with toner, serum and moisturiser. Use morning and evening. Avoid the eye area. If your skin feels tight or uncomfortable, reduce use and follow with a richer moisturiser.
