Fola Secret Tip: Retinal works best when introduced gradually. Follow the two-week schedule above, use sunscreen every morning, and avoid layering with other strong actives until your skin is comfortable.

For the first two weeks, apply every other night. Use a small amount on targeted areas. Once your skin has adjusted, from week three onward, apply nightly. Use an appropriate amount evenly over the entire face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
